RETURNS & REFUNDS

EST WST Collective will gladly accept returns and exchanges on all items in like-new condition.
Please keep original packaging and return unworn and unwashed. Any product showing signs of wear cannot be accepted. Please contact returns@estwstcollective.com for questions or issues with a product you have received. EST WST Collective products are handmade and many of our textiles are handwoven in rural villages. Due to the handmade nature of our goods, each product is one-of-a-kind and minor inconsistencies are common.

 

1 YEAR WARRANTY

EST WST Collective will replace any bag that shows signs of defect in the first year of use. General or heavy wear will not be covered and EST WST Collective reserves the right to decline a claim if it is clear the product was misused or used beyond it’s intended purpose. (Example: Carrying a bowling ball in a convertible case). Contact returns@estwstcollective.com for information on filing a claim.

 

SHIPPING RETURNS

Please provide order number and a detailed explanation for your return including the date that you purchased the item(s) from www.estwstcollective.com. For full refund, product must be shipped within 14 days of receipt. All merchandise must be received in a like-new condition. If products show signs of wear or washing a return cannot be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable and if a return is received which is “non-returnable” it will be sent back to the customer at their expense. Please include your original packing slip and invoice with your return. EST WST will cover all shipping for approved returns and exchanges within the contiguous 48 states. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii are responsible for shipping costs associated with a return or exchange. International Customers - International customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. Ship returns using a reputable shipping company that allows for package tracking. Please insure your goods, as EST WST Collective is not responsible for items lost in transit.
